How do you manually add subtitles to a video in Davinci Resolve?
This is one of the ways through which you can achieve the objective. Once you have the video ready, it is necessary to import it to the software for this:
1- Make sure you are in multimedia mode.
You will be able to see the "Multimedia" symbol.
2- Drag and drop your video file into the Media Pool area.
Surely, you will already be able to view your video, and now we tell you how to add subtitles in Davinci Resolve.
3- Switch to "Edit" mode in Davinci Resolve; it is the symbol that looks like this:

4 - Right-click on the video file in the main window and select "Create a new timeline using selected clips".
5 - A pop-up window will appear; you can change the name of your timeline if you want, or just leave it as it is and click "Create".
Now, you have a timeline where you can add your SRT subtitle file.
6 - Right-click on the video track in the timeline and select "Add subtitle track".
7 - Move the playhead cursor to where you want the subtitles to start, right-click on the subtitle track and select "Add subtitle".
8 -Select your subtitle and manually type the subtitle in the "Inspector".
Repeat steps 7 and 8 for each subtitle you want to add.

How to add subtitles to a video in Davinci Resolve automatically?

When you have chosen the file option you want to export the subtitles of your video, click the "Add to render queue" button.
Your job will appear in the render queue.
Now click "Render All" to export your video.
